Every piece of Isis Glass is handmade. This means that there is a slight variation in the shape of the candle vase and flower vase and a slight variation in the size of the openings of the photo frames. There will also be slight variation in the color of the glass. The amount and the placement of the color will vary slightly. All of these variations are indicative of handmade pieces and add to the value rather than detract from it. Return Policy for Isis Glass We want you to be happy with your purchase of our glass. Keeping in mind that every piece will vary slightly because everyone is made by hand and each sheet of glass used to make your piece will never be identical to the next sheet. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to satisfy you. We will be happy to make an exchange for you. We will not accept any returns without you first communicating with us. Damage claims If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will make a damage claim with UPS. All our shipments are insured. However, it is very important not to throw the packaging and broken piece away. In some situations UPS wants to inspect them. When the damage claim is resolved with UPS we will notify you so that you may discard the damaged items.
